That money is in its nature arepresentationof wealth,and notreal wealth,asabillof lading, or a warehouse warrant, are representations of cargo, or of' goods warehoused ; and like these instruments must be documentary, or paper.”

“THAT THE STATE alone can issue Such paper money.”
