While double-mindedness may at first appear to be a political or social problem, the Bible reveals it to be a spiritual problem. "...a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways." James 1:8 In this short treatise we shall consider some Jewish, communist and philosophical roots behind the phenomena called DOUBLE THINK and some examples in the geo-political area. Then we shall go to the Scriptures and examine it as the spiritual problem that it is. In the process, we will expose the modern-day Judeo-Christian churches and ministers for the great dispersers of DOUBLE-MINDEDNESS that they are. ## SOME BACKGROUND INFORMATION In the early 1800's there was a German philosopher, Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel (1770-1831), who used the term *dialectic* to identify the basic tenet of the philosophy of Scientific Materialism, i.e. that everything that now exists is the result of factors and conditions that existed before and everything that will exist in the future must develop from a combination or changes in the factors and conditions that now exist. Hegel observed the conflict of thesis and antithesis in the universe and used the term dialectics in the original Socratic sense. Socrates used dialectics to show the inadequacy of popular belief and Hegel used it in the same way when he said "One man has understood me and even he has not". Hegel himself was not a materialist. That is, he did not hold to the philosophy which claims that matter is the only thing in the universe that has reality. However, his writings and ideas helped influence the development of a philosophy called dialectical materialism. DIALECTICAL MATERIALISM was developed by Karl Marx (the son of a Jewish rabbi), Friedrich Engels and V. I. Lenin and has become the philosophical basis for the political and economical movement called communism which asserts that only material things are real, denying values based upon man's soul or mind. Dialectical materialism is a philosophy that maintains all changes occur through a struggle of opposing forces in society and comes to a climax by revolution. It is believed the world develops along a dialectical path, with mechanical changes in what exists today producing what will exist tomorrow. Thus, the antichrist promoters of that one-world political and economical system called communism have used dialectical materialism. They have continually pitted one force against another to produce the desired results. For example, we see labor pitted against management, women against men, children against parents (a created generation gap), democrats against republicans, Blacks against Whites, and so on. It is called *thesis* verses *antithesis*, producing a *synthesis*. I know this may seem complicated at this point but when you consider some examples, it should become clearer. DOUBLE THINK was a term used by George Orwell, the author of the book 1984, and is a form of dialectical materialism. This is what he wrote concerning double think. "Double think means the power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one's mind simultaneously and accepting both of them. The party intellectual knows in which direction his memories must be altered, therefore he knows that he is playing tricks with reality; but by the exercise of DOUBLE THINK, he also satisfies himself that reality is not violated." ## FOR EXAMPLES OF DOUBLE THINK A great example of double think being used upon American people comes from a dated event which was pointed out to me by the writings of a man well studied in the area of psychological warfare. The event was the 1980 Iranian hostage crisis. During that so-called crisis the American people were fed double think, often by the very same newsman or government spokesman in the very same television program. First came the THESIS of "We don't dare let them get by doing this and just do nothing. To do so would be to risk the safety of Americans all over the world and to show weakness to our enemies." Next came the ANTITHE-SIS "We dare not do anything and risk the safety of the hostages, jeopardize our oil and possibly bring on WW III." Following is a news article concerning AIDS. Read it and then see if you can identify the double think in the article. See if you can find the thesis and antithesis and try to determine what desired synthesis could be obtained from this double think. Then read on and we shall consider it together. ## Futurists: AIDS could be deadlier than Black Plague WASHINGTON — The disease AIDS could claim 53 million lives throughout the world in the 1990s to exceed the toll of the Black Fiague in the Middle Ages, according to the World Future Society. The AIDs prediction was the grimmest of scores of forecasts by the society in the November-December edition of its magazine, *The Futurist*. It said millions of Americans may become ill with AIDS, at an economic cost to the nation of \\$66 billion, even though the disease, whose chief victims have been homosexual men and intravenous drug users, is not likely to spread rapidly within the heterosexual population. 4 AIDS is everybody's problem just like the black plague was everybody's problem. People do nothing about the crime of homosexuality and allow themselves to be fleeced of tax dollars for AIDS research, making the wicked more wealthy and helping the homosexual live longer so he can recruit their children. They are also stricken with fear of AIDS, yet allow the government to protect a disease under the guise of anti-discrimination. Another example is the anti-Christian, red, leftist, tax-exempt organization known as the American Civil Liberties Union. One would wonder why Americans would allow such an organization to continually attack the Christian foundation of our society as the following news article shows: ## **ACLU PULICY NO. 4,796** ## Pay attention, kiddies F OR those still wondering what exactly the American Civil Libertites Union represents, a letter from the California affiliate of the ACLU to the state Legislature ought to be illuminating. Expressing opposition to pending legislation concerning sex education in schools, the ACLU chapter said: "It it our position that teaching that monogamous, heterosexual intercourse within marriage is a traditional American value is an unconstitutional establishment of a religious doctrine in public schools." The reason? Well, according to the ACLU's mystifying logic, "There are various religious which hold contrary beliefs with respect to marriage and monogamy." Therefore, teaching marital fidelity to students violates the First Amendment separation of church and state. This is intrigning reasoning, indeed. Since some religions favor human sacrifice, would it be an establishment of Judeo-Christian religion to outlaw such curious practices, or instruct schoolchildren to refrain from such activity? No doubt baseball, motherhood and apple pie are also high on the ACLU's ignominious hit list THEN comes the antithesis where the ACLU defends American liberty and opposes the watchings of big brother and police state action, as the following news article shows: # Moving permit faces challenge by the ACLU By The Associated Press EAST ORANGE — An ordinance requiring citizens to obtain a permit from the police chief before they can move in or out of the city is unconstitutional, the American Civil Liberties Union said Wednesday on the eve of a court challenge of the code. The state chapter of the ACLU is defending Lenna Palmer, who is accused of violating the municipal code by moving out of East Orange. Palmer, who now lives in a neighboring community, was issued a summons in late May. City Clerk Earl Williams said the purpose of the ordinance is to allow officials to track down people who have moved away if they owe East Orange money. He said the ordinance is not used to find tax evaders since the city does not have a personal property tax. "The city has a right to know when people move in and out of its town," Williams said. But Eric Neisser, legal director of the state ACLU, said the "basic right of all people in this country is to travel and move around, obviously in states and between states, and this ordinance restricts that right." "It affects privacy primarily because the ordinance says you have to file an application telling them where you're moving to," Neisser said. The result of such double thinking is a neutralized people who tolerate the overall antichrist activities of the ACLU. Let's consider another obvious example of double think used upon the people. The following article illustrates another example of double think: 'All white women have to do is marry a white man.' — William M. Carter, Youngstown Human Relations administrator ## White women's firms don't warrant aid, official says YOUNGSTOWN (AP) — The man responsible for ensuring tha sufficient city contracts go to women-run companies says white women in business do not warrant special treatment from the government. William M. Carter, administrator of Youngstown's Human Relations Commission, said the government should grant special treatment only to groups that have been discriminated against hy law, such as blacks. He said the government had net discriminated against white women. "White women have no fear of total economic collapse," he said in an interview published yesterday in the (Youngstown) Vindicator. "All white women have to do is marry a white man." Some women business leaders were offended when told of his remarks. "I feel it would be on the level of prostitution for me to go out and find someone to marry in order to start my own business," said Elizabeth Johnquest, coordinator of The Executive Link Inc., a business referral service for women. The said that women needed as much assistance as minorities because they are not encouraged or trained to make business deci- Carter said one of his concerns was that giving preferential treatment to companies run by white women hurts companies that are run by blacks and Hispanies. He said many prime contractors who would otherwise be compelled to contract to a minority firm instead can contract to a firm overseen by a woman. He also said that white mer sometimes put their wives in charge of their companies, and thus avoided subcontracting. "I just saw (the femule business enterprise program) as a subter fuge, a way to get around things," said Carter, who is black He added, however, that he followed the law as best be could A survey of the contracts in the Human Relations office indicates that about 85% of the city's contracts go entirely to male-owned businesses. The following is a portion of a letter from Brig. Gen. Gordon "Jack" Mohr, Christian Patriot's Defense League (C.P.D.L.), to another individual. General Mohr is a long time authority on communist brainwashing tactics as well as a Christian prophet to God's people. Note how well he explains dialectical materialism. You ask the question: "Are any of these patriotic organizations fighting Communism?" What do you mean by fighting communism? Do you mean going out on the streets with our firearms and killing known communists? Do you mean "tar and feathering" the Marxist professors in our colleges and riding our Red preachers out of town on a rail? No, no one is doing that, for that would be playing right into their hands. I don't know if you have read the COMMUNIST MANIFESTO or not, or if you understood what they were saying when you did. They operate under a theory called "thesis" and "antithesis". It was the same thing that Martin Luther King, Jr. used so successfully a few years ago. He made himself out to be a great non-violent Black leader; he preached peaceful means to his people, yet he encouraged his people to take to the streets in areas where he knew that radicals such as the neo-Nazi and the KKK were strong. He knew that he would draw a reaction from these people, who really don't know very much about fighting communism. So they would take to the streets with their pick handles and a so-called peaceful demonstration would turn into a race riot. This in turn caused the police to take to the streets to stop it. Who were arrested? White people for the most part, because the public had been brainwashed into believing that it was Whites who caused the trouble in the first place. There is a video documentary out entitled "THE OTHER ISRAEL" by a Mr. Pike that serves as another example of double think. The first portion of the video proves the modern-day Jew comes predominantly from the Turko-Mongolian people known as the Khazars and not from Abraham of the Bible. It also exposes the evil antichrist filth of Judaism and the filthy teachings of its religious literature, the Talmud. The second portion of the video then paints these people as God's chosen people of the Bible who will someday repent in keeping with prophecy. The synthesis is still a neutralized people who tolerate antichrist Talmudic filth and attacks on their Christian society and allow the continued fleecing of tax dollars to send to Israel. There is also a book put out by the same group called ISRAEL, OUR DUTY, OUR DILEMMA. Note how the very title is double think. How can something be our duty as well as our dilemma? LET US NOW CONSIDER THE DOUBLE THINK FACTORIES KNOWN AS JUDEO-CHRISTIAN CHURCHES AND THEIR OPERATIVES, THE JUDEO-CHRISTIAN MINISTERS. Remember, any time a people accept, simultaneously, two contradictory teachings as true, they are rendered docile, passive, neutral and unable to resist the advances of their enemies. The fact that the modern Christian world has been neutralized, spiritually castrated, and suffers from a spiritual lobotomy is self evident in light of the present flood of pornography, drugs, fornication, sodomy, crime, political corruption, etc. Recognizing this synthesis first, we can then work backwards to determine the thesis and antithesis and in doing so, we find ministers dispensing both. ![](https://samisdat.in/user/pages/03.books/1988%20-%20A%20Double-Minded%20People/read/_page_10_Picture_4.jpeg?g-16018011) Before going further I feel perhaps I should quote from the writing that opened my eyes to the double think of the Iranian hostage crisis. "Any time you hear a media person, politician, teacher or clergyman expound as truth contradictory beliefs or concepts, look upon that person as an instrument of psychological warfare or, as we would call him professionally, a 'change agent."" ("Pardon Me But" #77). The fact is, modern-day theology has changed Christianity from a vibrant driving force, capable of turning the world upside down, to a docile, donothing, castrated, neutralized religious piety known as Judeo-Christianity. The change agents have been the preachers themselves. It was a curse taken out of the way and nailed to the cross. (Separation of Church and State). The Bible says Christians are the salt of the earth and are to be about their Father's business. They can wait for the "rapture" or Christ's return but are to do nothing, for this world is not their home and they are going to fly away. LET US NOW GO TO A BIBLE EXAMPLE OF THE PROBLEMS OF In I Kings 18:20-40 we see the story of Elijah challenging the prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel. In verse 21 the old prophet Elijah identified DOUBLE THINK existing among God's people. "And Elijah... said, 'How long will you hesitate between two opinions? (literally it means to limp on the two divided opinions). If the Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.' But the people did not answer him a word." The synthesis was a neutralized people resting on the middle of the fence, "but the people did not answer him a word." Then we see in the rest of the Bible story, Elijah challenges the dispensers of this double think, the religious leaders, the Baal priests themselves. His purpose was to expose them as not being the men of God they claimed to be. Elijah was successful and since a double-minded people are unstable (James 1:8) there was an uprising of the people against the Baal priests. (Of course, the danger to Elijah the true prophet was, the unstable people could have just as easily risen up against him.) This event and Elijah's success made Jezebel, who was one of the corrupt powers ruling over the people with the help of Baal pnests, very angry. She, in turn, set out to destroy Elijah the true prophet. (I Kings 19:1-20) Jezebel understood the chain of cause and effect that exists among men. i.e.: The economic social condition of the people is determined by the political condition which is determined by the spiritual condition which is determined by the religious leaders. Jezebel knew that the oppressive, economic, social condition she profited from through her corrupt political apparatus could not long endure without Baal priests dispensing DOUBLE THINK and thus rendering the people passive and docile. The solution to this spiritual brain disease of double think lies with the great healer, Jesus Christ, a saviour of His people (Luke 1:71 "Salvation from our enemies, and from the hand of all who hate us;"). He, His Word and His prophets have told us to repent, turn back to Him, and keep His commandments. That is, to stop vacillating between two opinions. You see, it is the people who determine the religious leaders. "The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests rule on their own authority; and my people love it so! But what will you do at the end of it?" (Jer. 5:31) "It is impossible to enslave mentally or socially a Bible-reading people. The principles of the Bible are the groundwork of human freedom." Horace Greeley. The end of the matter is, slavery of God's people and removal from their Saviour and His Word. A Saviour who came to set them free. Why are the people in America today hesitating in a do-nothing trance between thesis and antithesis just as were the people of Elijah's day? Because they are the same people. The Anglo-Saxon, Germanic, Scandinavian and kindred people who came to the shores to form a great nation and who today are losing their nation, are those same people. They are the Israelites of Scripture who have once again turned from the ways of their God to follow the Baals and today face a choice of repent or perish. ## DIALECTICS AND THE JEWS Henry Ford in 1921 stated the following "With careful observation one finds that these people not only cause the change towards degeneration, (thesis) but then come up with their own people to feebly oppose the degeneration (antithesis). They control both sides of the issue and thus get the results they want." (synthesis) ## The Anti-Gun Movement in America: # ANTITHESIS According to Mr. Aaron A pro-Zionist Jewish organization formed by Aaron Zelman called Jewish anti-gunners of the media and government are attacking the lights of American gun liwners. A pro-Zionist Jewish organization formed by Aaron Zelman called Jews for the Preservation of Firearms (J.P.F.D.) is used to oppose the attack against the rights of American gun owners.
