Not heard much commentary on this aspect. Sabbatai Zevi couldn't get it up so he wanted to bring the whole world down as revenge because of his sexual inadequacy (applying the Freudian-style analysis).In the 1930s play about Zevi, there's some reference to the fact he wouldn't f-ck his wife...
Could this be a reason why Sabbateans were into wife-swapping - to account for impotence?
